Training of International Financial Reporting Standards

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №UP4720 “On measures for the introduction of modern methods of corporate governance in joint stock companies”, in order to create favorable conditions for wide attraction of foreign direct investment, improve the efficiency of indigenous corporations, to ensure their transparency and attractiveness to potential investors, the introduction of modern corporate governance practices, strengthen the role of shareholders in the strategic management of enterprises. On January 1, 2016 joint stock companies must submit an annual financial report and the conduct of its external audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Therefore, in September of this year, accounting staff of JSC «Toshkent shahar Dori-Darmon», were trained by the International Financial Reporting Standards. International Financial Reporting Standard is one of the most prestigious professional certifications recognized worldwide in accounting environment, financiers and auditors. The aim of the course is to increase the level of knowledge, understanding and skills of practical application of international accounting standards, as well as concepts and principles on which they are based, and increase knowledge in the field of international financial reporting standards and the related basic concepts and principles to get practical knowledge of the main international financial reporting standards and their interpretation and application.
