Joint-stock company «Toshkent shahar dori – darmon» informs that the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26 May 2016, the protocol №1 company made a commitment, starting from 26 May 2016 to comply with the Corporate Governance Code approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Commission to enhance the effectiveness of joint stock companies and improve the corporate governance system by December 31, 2015 № 9.
